Re: 194 Miles on a "new" Elantra GT?
My concern would be that the Hyundai manual (at least for my 2001 Santa Fe
LX) goes out of its way (about 900 miles, in my opinion) to caution driving over 55 mph for the first 1,200 miles. I seriously doubt, with the cost of labor, that the driver would have stayed below 55 for the couple hundred mile delivery, particularly if it was via highway. Personally, after break-in, I do 8 to 15 over on the Interstate and up to 20 over if I can hitch my wagon to a Chicago driver heading up to Wisconsin to spend money and litter in our state for the weekend!
