DO the oil changes as required. MOst important...follow every letter
of the warranty. This car will do you well. I've a 2001 GLS and it's
the best car I'v e ever owned.
DO NOT spill any liquid between the seats or near the door .
The ABS system has a plug for the seat side air bag which runs under
the console and it is VERY prone to shorting if any liquid gets into
it. Sorta stupid to put it under a cup holder but they did. mine
shorted out and they has to replace the air bag sensor because it
shorted out. If this happens , insist they wrap it in something other
than electrical tape....heat shrink or self-vulcanizing rubber.. You
can buy it at Radio Shack in the satellite section , used for
waterproofing satellite connectors outside. Great stuff.
