For US models:
On 1992-2003 Elantras, the amber lamps are the parking lamps and should
stay on when the headlamps are on.

On 2004 Elantras, the amber lamps are the turn signal lamps and will
neither come on with parking nor headlamps. The parking lamps on these
cars are small bulbs very close to the headlamp bulbs.
