Has anyone done this? I wonder what affect this has on the car other
then give another 20 horsepower.

As I already explained, do not buy this! It is a $0.10 resistor in a
box. It will make your car's computer think that there is colder air
coming into the engine. This will cause the computer to dump more
fuel into the mix. This is bad since all of Hyundai's vehicles
already run rich (between 10:1 and 11:1). This mod MAY help on a
vehicle that is running lean.
