Public perception based on the quality of the cars that Hyundai used to make. The new ones are very good. Better, I think, than Corollas or Civics. A bad reputation dies slowly but it does die. Remember the Audi 100 that was said to start all by itself? It took some time but Audi regained its reputation. So will Hyundai. I wonder though what will become of the quality when Hyundai starts assembling in the US? |
