Stuck Wheels
 
Both front wheels rusted to hubs. Shall I flail away at the sunuvaguns
with a sledge or is there a more gentlemanly technique for removal.

See if you can drip some RustBuster between the parts. Otherwise
it's heat or hammer!

Whacking the tire (not the rim!) with the sledge often does the trick. If
you have a heavy plastic hammer, this works well against the rims.
