You are probably thinking of:

You can get to online copies of the service manuals from that site.
Unfortunately, that site only supports the virus magnet Internet
Explorer.

BTW, I found this link from accessing "The Hyundai Connection" -- a nice
discussion/support group for Hyundai owners. The URL for that site is:
