Jeep Wranglers.
Jeep Wranglers.
I'm getting one off a buddy and was curious how bad they are on gas? The Jeep is in wicked shape and I have always wanted one, but do not want to be dishing out excess amounts of money for gas. Any comments on this?
Its early 90s as well.. Its no more than a 95 i know that for a fact... Its a hard top but there is no back window... How much would that cost, considering I have no clue where to get a window for a jeep, because my knowledge is not into jeeps.
give you an idea
I got a 93 Pathfinder, single cam 3.0 V6, manual 4X4, and I only get 15 MPG with driving 60kph in city, 100 kph on highway, shifting every 2000rpm, cruise 2950 at 100kph...

Jeeps are the best and most fun vehicles you could ever buy for that kind of money. But they are no joy at the gas station when your putting in 50/week. However, I look at my '79 Jeep CJ as a hobby as well as a vehicle because i have so much fun with it. For me 20mpg is justified.
I have 12.5" wide BFG A/T's and I actually find that my jeep is pretty good in the snow..... maybe thats just me?
