I saw DSMonster at cscs. Very nice set-up! I'll be calling him sometime this weekend for a quick run.

I dont think anyones doubting the power of the civ he was driving. Its the obvious that has us doubting. That civ made one hell of a run @11.27, which is pretty damn close to what the GSXR600 can do, 11.1@127mph. But with 4 people in the car? Somethings not right, either the driver of the bike wasn't pushing it or it wasn't an even start. Either way, no need to post about it because it just wouldn't happen. Maybe without 3 people in the car, the civ would have a chance at keeping up.

The last 2 runs the car ran 11.0. Thats with letting off in 5fth both times due to torque steer problems.. Easy 10s car. An r6 at the track ran 12.5 that same day.

First time running car at track...Kept getting better..

11.56s@ 130mph
11.21s@ 132mph
11.09s@ 126mph Let off in 5fth but better launch
11.06s@ 124mph Let off in 5fth but better launch

ok most of the guys posting on here (with exception to a few you know who you ppl are) are hard newbies that prolly dont even own cars yet so just shut the **** up!!!! as for beating a bike. with this car its very possible to MANGLE a bike especially a *** 600cc (for the record i will be purchasing a 600bike so im not hating) but fact is fact. it was a 2001 so yes it is a little slower the newer 600s run deep in the 10s but thats not the point HE BEAT THE BIKE and that deserves respect. So once again to all the know it alls just put ur ***** back into you hands and continue as u were prior to reading this

gsrmatts old car. i made the origiinal video of him at the track. was a great day they threatened to kick him off the track cause apparantly a low 11 second pass without a cage isnt safe. haha. shame he snapped an axle that day. i bet he could have pulled an 11.0 or better out of it.

i retract my statement, i know whats done to the car, or atleast when matt had it and what it was capable for power. so yeah itll pull a bike. should be a good race for the dsmonster. maybe ill drag my *** out for that one and get some video
