So were looking for some races myself and a few buddies are out. We end up at 403, it was a good turn up, quite a few cars. So were looking to run our friend's eclipse against something. So we spot a bmw club, most of them have m3s, aslo there was an m5 and a new gti. We go up to them and ask if neone wants to run. They are saying the area is too bait blah blah. So then they ask against what car. "just an eclipse", they burst out laughin u dont walk up wanting to race m3s with just an eclipse... so how much psi? "20" they laugh again, what a waste of tires. So after a few more excuses we go back to our cars. its a no go. Then we hear engine rev and peel out, we look this white m3 speeds over to us with the gti following. They wanna run.

So we head back into our cars and head out to the spot. Eclipse lines up with the m3
they go for it, they both go for it m3 pulls off the launch but eclipse passes him soon after. By the finish line (where i was) the 3g was about 3 cars ahead.

So then the gti and the 3g line up, we were expecting this to be a stock gti, the eclipse only put 4 - 5 cars on him

then the m3 and gti race, m3 wins by 1 something cars.

cool guys, only after they got beat.... gti had a "stage 3 turbo"

yea i didnt get to ask i just overheard he had just done some turbo upgrade that same day, no clue as to what specific parts

and most ppl arent all nice when you just come up to them and demand a race, not everyone races the next joe blow that comes up to them.
