Today on the freeway as Im heading down I-10 east, I see a sporty looking car a couple cars behind me. Then to my suprise I noticed it was a Ford GT :eek: , cant say Ive seen to many of them here in town. Only seen one once before today, well anyways I start to slow down so I can get a better look at that beautiful car. Well knowing this is probably a once in a life time thing I decided to play with him. I started by just taunting him. I let him pass as I get right on his ***, then all of a sudden I see clear roads ahead and the guy down shifts and takes off, I quickly respond by shifting into 3rd on a 60 roll, the guy wasnt completely killing my car like you think a 500h/p supercar would. It was barley just passing. Then a car gets in his way at this point we are going about 120, so we slow down to 60 again then the road clears again and this time he shifted down again but only he kept going. I was trying to keep up but after I was at 4k RPM's on 6th gear I figured it was time to quit, he was easily going 160+ at this point. I eventually caught up just to give the guy a thumbs up. The older man glimpsed and kept going. :lolsign: Damn I wish I had a video camera even thought I lost the race. :D Was fun and I hope i get that chance again but only I hope to have a twin turbo by then.. (YEAH RIGHT)

lol, I dont street race much. Usually when a car wants to race me if ill just laugh, however who gets a chance to race a Ford GT? And I would never race with a kid in the car. Was just me and my friend in the car and I know he wanted me to race the GT just as much as I wanted to race it. And traffic was very very light and I never weave in between cars while racing thats just a huge no no. Heres a picture I was able to take with my camera phone..

haha pretty cool... Ive only driven along side one last year coming back from csf... I didnt feel like getting bent over sideways and being raped 15 times over.

i got next to one of those GTs last month. the light turned green and i drove right next to him hoping he'd go for it. never did. same thing happened with me and this black F430 but i guess he didnt wanna damage those 19" black rims he had. so he pussied out too. then just a couple days ago i was behind a yellow mercielago. those sound sick as hell. i couldnt keep up with that one.

Im actually thinking you couldnt 'keep up' with any of those. actually it would be more like you couldnt catch any of those.

so...thats surprising you kept up with it. i saw a video of the new ZO6 playing with a GT and the ZO6 pulled away from the GT everytime. i guess they arent as great as you'd think...

im not sure man, i seen the z06 beat the Allmighty gt, i dont think there as great as everyone thinks

Never seen a Lambo in town, well driving atleast but If I could I would race him in a heartbeat I love getting spanked my exotics. Cant wait until my car is fast enough to take one out. :D

no lambos or GTs or anything here the corvette is about it but yeah gt sytling is amazing but it's beatable congrats on the respectable loss
