I sorta raced a subaru and i know it had a huge turbo on it but i wanted to see how slow my car really was. We were supposed to race from this one stop sign even though there were cars in front of me and him. He decided not to stop at the stop sign and just took off so he had a head start. I took off after he went past me. It was close for a second but when he shifted and started to pull ahead a little i gave up so that i wouldn't hit a parked car. I think if it was a fair race on a normal road it would have been better but i admit that it most likely would have beaten me again.

That sucks man, atleast you really didnt get raped. I was a lil scared when i seen the title.

what model, year, mods, any specs?

got a friend with a wrx in the 12s he rapes me

i dont know anything about it for sure i think its an 02' I know it has an exhaust system and probably boost control and a bunch of other stuff.

i know that...what i was saying was that i underestimated the wrx and thought that it was probably as fast as some of the civics and whatever that i have beaten before.

a wrx would put most people on this board on the bench if they put money into making it fast like i said my friends well its his dads but we have raced at the track on test and tunes and he runs low 12s he woops my *** but its ok its a pretty sweet car and hes got some extras done to it too.

WRX's, SRT-4's and 350Z's are not to be taken lightly. They will surprise the hell out of you.

neither are 3000gt's(if its a turbo), or ummm any other car running boost

Yea i raced a kid from around here with a SRT-4 he had some mods done but looked mostly stock so i ran him, but man that thing kept right up with me i was impressed.

same with the mitsubishi evos all those cars are crazy fast usually with just a little work so i respect that and ill just race to see how long i can keep up cause i know damn well i wont win unless something on their car breaks :lolsign: but one day i will its just a matter of time

id want something to break on them when i was racing them I wouldnt be able to stop laughing

Reminds me of when I first got my car and raced a somewhat modded Integra. I was pullin on him until my T-Top flew off and smashed on the road and I had to stop and cry. :( :crying:

I was on my way to the track, i didn't know it but he was too, i about faited when he looked under the hood and was like "thats only a v6?" i was like yup

his face = priceless

so far my only street loss has been to a TT Viper, i was proud to loose that one

I was driving my mom's 2004 Impala SS (i know it's my mom's but it's faster than hell) and i almost beat a SRT-4 but the side of the road i was on was wet so my tires didn't grip to well and i had been messing around so the trac was off and they squeel worse when that is turned off to begin with, but the point of my randomness SRT-4's i don't belive are as hard as it may seem as long as you have the right conditions and equipment and they aren't modded all to hell.:D

yeah, they react to mods pretty well I think.

the supercharged SS did good that one SRT-4 is the only thing that has beat me.
