the k is said to have quite abit of work to it actually, thats why i say all hail b20. cheap to do swap, with alittle work it performes respectivly.

yeah the b20vtec runs nice.... i spent a little over 2gs to get it in my car. if i had bigger slicks.. i wouldve definitely hit the 13s. but i'm in there now for sure.. with the little things i added to the motor... a nicely budgeted build.. that hit our goal anyway... which is to have a 13s daily driver.. now this is a nice k20hatch TCC Forums - My K20 Hatch |

oh yeah civic boy b20 with a gsr head and type r cams, 12.71, not tuned alpha b20 , sir head and type r cams not tuned burning rubber the whole way down the track, 13.50 h22 can't touch that, i never seen a stock h22 run a 12 sec pass ever |
get some bigger slicks and you SHOULD be running low 12s high 11s in the EF. Also get some TRACTION bars:smilie_da

first of all let me shine some light, this is project.mu under civicboy's name...all of you guys know me...
b20's rocked this year, the k20 in sultans car sucks, for one simple reason, AEM EMS, thats where he went wrong, K-PRO, the pros use it and it runs all of the fastest ALLMOTOR cars in the US, change that get it tuned and then talk about that k20 like it could do something to this 12.70 B20.... dont hate, just face the facts.......11.80 @ 115mph on the JUICE show me which k, or H can do that STOCK w/ ITR cams....sorry gentelman, dont hate and respect, because last time i was in DOODBRIDGE no one had enuff for CHRIS of HRDINDUSTRIES.com have ur self a good nite and stop talkin ... |

what i said earlier was not meant to say b20s r slow or the h22 is better
im just sayin the ones i saw lost to the h22s with exception to one which was pretty sweet i must say maybe its one of u guys a black EF with type R interior and type R 5 bolt rims and a nasty 2 step |

I've got a buddy of mine running b20vtec, gives me nice 3 cars around 4th gear. I've seen H22's beat B20vtecs also, with just i/h/e, depends what your running the 22 in. Regarding never seeing h22 run a 12 second pass stock. Very easy but its going to cost you, H22 with H-B plate run a b-series short tranny, you'll touch high 12's, A 97 Teg with H-B plate with stock H22 touched a 12.98 w/ slicks of course.
