Me vs. 3.8
 

I lost, but this race really surprised me. it was sort of uphill. i got him off the line by a couple feet and had him for about 200-250 feet then he started to catch me and then when he passed me i backed off, it was only a one lane road :D it really surprised me though, first time i raced a 3.8 was before the cam, and i lost bad. this time wasnt as brutal :lolsign:

good job man....well thats a pretty good gauge of how much you gained

No offense dude but I would be pissed if I was you. I know if I port/polished my heads and installed an aftermarket cam I better beat an LS1.

but his intake still sucks

i dunno if i would go that far. They say 3.4 with blowers at moderate boost can hang with lt1s, so to expect to beat an ls1 w/ a lil head work and a cam is pushing it

I think teh comment was not so much Calebs car but Chris's lt1 the problem is it's an apples oranges thing the lt1 is a good basic design and responds well to mods the 3.4 on the other hand doesn't

Thats good that you did gain some good amount from your mods, cant win them all..
