Guy at my girlfriends school is talking a LOT of **** and we're gunna race next week sometime. Its totally stock and auto. I should hand this guy his *** right? 160 horses and 160 tq. Shouldnt be a problem should it?

those cars i beilve are fairly fast but i dont think you should have a problem. you race a lot dont you.

probe gt is like an escort gt they are slow and under powered (have one near me that likes to try and race me up the interstate on ramp and I beat him with the van)

meh..if some guy starts talking a lot of crap and asks me to race...sure i'll race him to shut him up. But if i ask someone to race, its because i think itll be a good race and am curious. But this guy is ignorant. One of his main reasons he says he'll beat me is because "chevy doesnt make good engines and his car will last longer" i sat there like :eek: when i heard that he said that. Anyway...beat him with the VAN arch!? haha, this is gunna be awesome. im videotaping it too, so look for it.

yea, haha same powerplant, but anyways, what year is it? my sister had an older one that was a GT and it was quick for what it was but still wouldnt hold up against your 3.8

well, i have the same 2.5 v6 in my 00 cougar, and it's a solid 17second car. lol so if you're better than 17s, u should be alright. Post up that vid.
