Stupid Civics..

Stupid Civics..
For the records I drive a GST Eclipse Spyder.
Driving home from a buddies tonight and happen to pull beside a 95-97 Civic Sedan with a CF hood, rims and a fart-can exhaust that sounded like a bumble-bee. Anyways, let's forget the fact that I hate civics period, but this guy was a complete joke. He was hoking at me to try and get my attention and race me to try and impress his girlfriend in the passenger seat. With all the attention the cops are giving modified cars now-a-days I didn't want to have much part in it but I figured "what the hell, it's the only way to shut the guy up" .
So we're cruising beside one another as there are other cars around us, and I made sure he heard my BOV just to think twice about it. Long story short, we drove till we found a red light...He pulled beside me, rolled down his window, and said "I'm a big Mitsu fan, but they are pieces of , let's go" I just looked at him and said "You do realize you're sitting in a civic, right" and he laughed.
Light turned green, his fartcan exhaust sounded like it was going to fall off as he revved it so high, and he stalled it at the light as I took off down the road. Wasn't even worth it to give him a second chance; I wonder what his GF said too..

In this case thats a pretty sad story for on his behalf and if i was you i would have stopped and told his gf to hop in the car with you at least you will make it home.
what i dont understand is how u titled this thread as STupid civics? what does the car have to do with it.

And I don't know why I titled the thread that - probably because that's all you see around my area is civics and integras with fartcan's thinking they can own anybody.

ahaha oops! my bad i thought its said eclipse gsx....gst eclipse fwd would have sick tire spin off the line wouldnt it?being turbo fwd....hmmm maybe a civic wouldnt do so badly if the guy could drive...but ne ways good kill either way a stock 4 door honda has no place in the racing world..lol unless a h22 4 door or k20 or somthing along those lines..lmao

I love ur story man all import guys are like that the one thing that makes me laugh the most is that he stalled his car, civics are the easiest cars to drive stick on he was probably getting excited to race and then just was acting like a dick and stalled the car even if he didn't stall u would have killed his *** cuz Mitsubishi's are quick

Nothings wrong with a turbo fwd car. A bunch of people have upgraded to much bigger turbos that own GST's and rarely spin their tires off the line.

really my buddy has a talon esi-t and he couldnt launch it for the world and i know a guy with a srt-4 dont laugh with stg 2 from mopar and no way in hell could he get traction
but dont get me wrong maybe ur a better driver then them..lol
