hey mazdazoom, let me guess, youre another 2nd gen ricer? kl's are wood, the first gen 2.2 gt's walk the 2nd gens, STOCK vs STOCK, and the 2.2 turbo's are cheater cars. i used to make 220whp and 294ft/lb with just BOLT ON's with that stupid truck motor. would walk any 2nd gen. oh well, that was one of my first cars. whats funny is that the majority of modded honda's will fist the average mx6, so if i were you, i would stfu. :retard:

Mazdazoom 03-27-2005 12:20 AM

which honda's would that be ? keep in mind were talking abt This particular Mx-6 , not any other.

First, no I dont drive a Honda.
Second, my car is not TT.
Third, you simply called out anyone that thinks the car is rice.
Fourth, next time you call people out, use your car, not your buddy's.

Lastly, I admire the work put into the car, I just don't like the work that was done to it.

silvershogun 03-27-2005 05:35 AM

First off i don't who mazdazoom is. And thank you blackout 89 for at least admireing the work put into the car. Of course your opinion is your opinion. I just personally like it and was expecting constructive critasim which will give me ideas for the future. So i'll thank everyone for their comments didn't want to cause s**t though but anyway i will be going with a supercharger later this year with a j-spec motor, to add some more go to the show lol

cheers

James

are u poppin in the ZE ?

if you do......damn bro :appl:
its a bit of work and a mission and a half to find one in the first place but its worth it
also who makes blowers for the KL? :sly:

dj_jake 03-27-2005 12:06 PM

the ze is a direct bolt in, and its not that hard to find at all. besides, the difference between the ze and stock kl is so small its a waste of money for people just looking for bolt on performance...

so, mazdazoom, if you think theres no honda out there able to touch a stock kl03 mx6 with an intake and flywheel, wow, youre ignorant and stupid. youre one of those people who see a civic with the same mods as your buddy here, and cry "omg, stupid hondah, rice!" but somehow dont think that applies to you because you drive a mazda... noob

mazdubber 03-27-2005 12:38 PM

I'll line up in my MX3. :thumbsup

silvershogun 03-27-2005 04:27 PM

The ze in my opinion is not a waste of money the stock KL03 is 164 horsepower and the ze is 200 hp I think it is worth while but the reason for switching is cause its 1400 dollars for the engine installed and it has 50,000 k on it or less and mine is over 200 hundred k so if im going with a supercharger and, I would want to build it on a newer moter. wiesco offers Forged pistons in 8.7:1 compresion ratio, this will make things quite reliable for a lot of boost and torque, and an eaton supercharger. I think this is good way to go. And its true you can put money into a civic to make it faster then an mx6 but stock civics without vtec in my opinion are slow. If you want to make a civic faster then an mx6 you either have to go with a gsr motor or a turbo there is probobly more that im not aware about but yes hondas can take mx6 but it depends on the model and what you've done to it. And DJ jake correct me if im wrong but were you not a mazda lover :) lol You do have a membership with mx6.com don't you? For me i made the choice of the mx6 because 164 stock hp is more then plenty and it lifts alot more torque then most cars also every one either has a civic or sunfire or cavalier I figured i would be pretty unique with the mx6 cause in a days drive im lucky if i see more then one mx6.

Im not trying to say my car is faster or better then anyone else's because mods is what makes the difference no matter what platform you use right? Im going with this setup and I will be finished by september and I plan to run it at cayuga for the next season cause I like to race and speed :) who doesn't? But don't say that these motors are garbage cause they are rated 5 out of 5 for reliability which i have to agree on cause i have not had a single engine problem. And 164 hp stock is not bad don't you think?

dj_jake 03-27-2005 08:45 PM

youre right, i am a mazda lover. i own several, but its a community full of ricers and what have you.
if you know im on mx6.com, then you probably know exactly what im running, which makes me not your usual mazda ricer

mazdaspeedkiril 03-28-2005 10:27 PM

silvershogun- iv seen you at a car show (it was at the EX) i wanted to ask you what kind of lowering kit you had, because im not mistaking those were 18" on your car and thats what i have on my 626 now.

silvershogun 03-29-2005 03:01 AM

Im using ground control coilovers with KYB's

adamo 03-29-2005 05:57 AM

Looks good bro, but I have yet to see one of these kits here in Japan.

In Japanese, SHOGUN was one the highest ranked samari fighter groups in Japan. They had power, but the Emperor still ruled all of the samari fighters. Interesting facts. :thumbsup

I'm a huge Mazda ricer... DJ Jake and I both drive the ricest car on this site.
