no contract. i signed up for a year, and the year is up...now im just goin month to month. on approved credit, we can just transfer the phone into your name and you'll get the same plan that im on. plan is:

$30 a month
100 daytime minutes, and unlimited evenings (starting at 7pm) and weekends
1 free ringtone download a month
100 text msg's a month
caller ID
Voice mail

(keep in mind this is not a plan that telus offers. their evenings start at 9pm, and txt messaging is extra. this was a plan i got through my dads company)

phone has other options like a calander, notepad, voice call, hands free capability, internet (free basic browsing and email)
