(lots of other little things, but if u look up the model im sure ull find everything about it)

came with vista, but IMO vista is garbage and takes up WAY to much ram so i put windows XP on it (sp2, all upgraded)

computer is CLEAN nothing on it other then Ares, and WoW (world of warcraft haha... which can be takin off if wanted)

bought it from bestbuy durin the back to school sale thing... got 250$ off so i paid 931$ with tax (have receipt, so it comes with a warrenty and all)


reason for selling: Kind of an impulse buy, dont really need it... i work lanscaping and have a decent at home computer.. other reason for tryin to sell is they wouldnt take it back because xp was on it, so i have to order these stupid recovery discs.. which cost like 50$ =\.

to clear things up, i think the computer goes for 999 or at least (if u can find it).. 899 so plus tax ur saving atleast 150+

why didn't u just pay the $50 for the recovery disc or whatever it is ur talking about and give it back to where u bought it from? seems kind of fishy because now you're going to be losing a lot more money.

I know someone who bought a brand new sealed laptop on eBay that was sent back to the manufacturer to have the WIFI card replaced and they did not return it because it was stolen from the store.

well at first i thought it was a month return thing... but apparently on computers and laptops its only 14 days (u can check that out on the site) so i couldnt even take it back to begin with... and their o so smart costumer service couldnt tell me that on the phone until after i had been there and back a couple times =\.

yes hp will still honor it. ill have a copy of VISTA home for whoever buys it too incase they want that back on.
