I've never heard 6.5 woofers lol how do they sound?

speakers, whatever...you know what i mean, they arent exactly high freq.

woofer is the correct term.

A 6.5" can produce some bass, so it wouldn't be correct to call it a midrange.
A 6.5" wouldn't produce enough bass to be called a subwoofer.

So any driver that can't produce subwoofer-deep bass is called a woofer.

it has 33 watts X4 at 4 ohms or 25 watts X4 at 8 ohms

those figures are RMS, or continuous output
