i have a storm for telus brand new but opened to be unlocked so works for rogers and fido selling for 450 firm its sells in telus for 599 plus tax pm me if interested

explain to me how so many people are unlocking this phone, if its only being shipped to telus and bell under cdma network

because the storm has a slot for chips so it makes it accessable for gsm
