hey guys, well, I've done some research, and I would like like to convert a Mirage into a EVO V, now I know alot of you are going to tell me, "no, dont do it, its not worth the money" well right now, Im only looking to buy a Mirage ($1500 used) and the EVO V body kit, which is about $700 I think, and as for under the hood, well I can just add parts as I go along in life lol.

anyways, my question is, if I did this would I have cops pulling me over and telling me the EVO 5 is banned in Canada, and me having to explain and prove, it's a body?

I doubt that they'd hassle you because yes it is illegal to have an Evo V Registered in Canada but as long as the plates are registered and legit, there is nothing the police would do about it. as it then would be the problem of MTO for registering an Illegal Vehicle.
