1996 Tsi AWD and i have couple questions....obv. im looking to upgrade my hp, so far i got (nothing installed yet) 3" turbo-back exhaust, 3" FMIC, gretty type bov, boost gauge and ACT 2600 clutch and ACT lightweight flywheel, im aiming for 400 whp. NOW< i wanted to get the Evo 3 big 16 but i heard ill have boost creep since i already got such a big exahust system so ill need a bigger turbo, i was thinking Bullseye Power S362 Turbocharger Non-Extended Tip (rated 350-630 hp) - what u think??.

I know i still need a walbro 250 fuel pump, AF gauge, and injectors (dont know exactly what size, help there?), tunning program, boost controller and a better exahust mani....is there anything else im missing? i want to do it all in one shot...

Ive done a lot of research on my car and dont want to end up with crank walk, apparently if i do everything correctly, that wont happen... im no mechanic but my bro is lol..

well if ur aiming for 400 hp u'll need some 680 cc injectors a 20g turbo fmic and an safc or a eprom ecu...and a walbro 255 lph pump and mabe a fuel pump rewire while ur at it..and pray u dont get some damn crank walk...and if u do then its time to swap in a 6 bolt and then feed her the boost

what size of turbo? what cams? get the a1 arp head studs.and u might want a fmic too..

im starting off witht the EVO III big16 (400whp is attainable but veryyy hard - ill prob hit 350whp with it), HKS or BC (272's) and i have a FMIC already, forgot to mention that...
