Can my parents sell my scooter when its registered to me?
 

my parents are forcing to sell my moped without my permission becuz of an argument.. its all registered to me and there name is no where, so if they sell it they need my signature which if they write, is illegel right?please help :D

nobody can sell your vehicle if its registered on your name, its illegal. also identity proof and affidavits are required to sale vehicle, dont give these docs to them and dont sign on any affidavit and legal paper.

It might be registered to you but who is the title name in . That is the legal owner. If you are under the age of 18 they also have the power to.

If I were you I would play their game:let them sell it if they will give you the money.let their "hard lesson to you" fix the relationship (you're always going to need your parents on your side, trust us)....and down the road buy a motorcycle!
