looking for a 600? Start off by test riding all the models you're interested in. I personally would favour the gsxr600 over the R6, but that again, is just my personal preference.

well since im a new rider ppl have been telling me to put aside the r6
and lean maybe towards the zx6 or the gsxr600 based off of hieght and lack of experience. but i dont think i will listen much to that because the gisxr and the zx6 were my least favourite bikes. i like either the cbr600RR or the R6
