How do I remove the gas tank from a 1973 Honda CB350?

Are their nuts I need to remove on the inside of the seat?

Well, it's been a while since I saw one of these, but here goes. The front of the tank is supported on 2 u brackets which hug 2 rubber discs which are on the sides of the frame up near the steering yoke. The back of the tank has a tab which is under a rubber "strap". Before pulling the tank you'll need a 6mm screw or a piece of round bar about that size to plug the rubber tube which crosses over at the front of the tank underneath. Pull off one end from the tube on the tank and plug it. Next, turn off the gas supply valve and disconnect the gas line from the shut off valve. Next, pull back the rubber strap at the rear of the tank and lift the rear of the tank from the strap. Slide the tank back about 2" and the tank should be free to remove. Good Luck!! Hope this helps.
