Is this a new or used vehicle? If used, what was the year it was manufactured and its current mileage?

Trouble within 3 days ... I would suggest researching your state's Lemon Laws. Also, try brining it to another honda dealership in the area and have them look at it.

Overall, situation sounds strange and kind of shady.

You didn't mention whether it was new or used? In any case, there should be some kind of guarantee..the car is supposed to be running perfect, especially if it were new...do NOT wait until the first service...it has to be corrected now...talk to the manager and make sure you review all your paperwork and bring it with you...

as far as lemon laws, they only apply once you bring the car back for the 3rd time for the same problem..

The starting trouble could be due to plenty of reasons but since the scooter is new, you should definitely go to the dealer and "force" him to check the problem. I also have an activa and I never had a starting problem when it was brand new and not even now after 3 years.

Waiting is not the solution. If possible take the scooter to a different service center.
