of SPORTBIKE should i go with? Nothing over 5K

go for a used yamaha v-max. plenty of power and great style.

go meanstreak kawasaki very fast ,sporty , and handles any size person

you can get an older bike that still runs great. bikes dont get ridden as much, so you can find older ones with low miles.i ride a 450 and it has plenty of power for me. i weigh 240

I would get a 98-99 Yamaha R1 you should be able to get one for that price. I wouldnt get anything smaller than a 750, Im speaking from experience a 600 is slow if you are a big guy.

I am 6"2 235 and used to have a 97 cbr 600 and it was too slow for my tastes. I now have an 05 gsxr 750 and absolutely love it.Are you big as in tall or big as in wide? :)
