125, you will out grow the 90 real fast.

get the 125 the 90 is too small the 125 will be perfect for ya also you have a little room to grow into it too

If you are looking for a 4-stroke go with the ttr125. I am 30 years old and still ride one to this day. If you are looking for a little snappier power try a yz-80 which I also ride and hauls my 240lbs around very well. Keep in mind though a 2-stroke is much more maintenence.
