try cleaning the carbeurator take it off and clean it with gas or blow air into it with a compresser... my quad did the same thing... so yeah... let me know how it goes... =D...

Your carb is gummed up.Take it off, take it apart and soak it in carb cleaner. Then, blow out all the ports with aerosol carb cleaner.

first off you may need rebuild your carb if you don't feel like doing that just buy a band new one but if you are wanting to save money rebuilding the carb would be the best way depending what is wrong with the carb then thing is have you checked your fuel line that runs from the gas tank to yer cabif it is leaking that might be the problem.

but carb problems is not always easy to pin point the problem it could be many of things but those are few suggestion that I could think that it could possibly be.

You didn't say what type of vehicle it is and what type of carburettor, but there are a number of possibilities. The fuel pump would be a strong possibility. Also the fuel filter can get gummed and cause no or low fuel delivery. A carb rebuild could be in order as well.

okay. you said it runs when you spray it. the carb sounds ok.fuel delivery problem. your fuel valve could be off, your fuel filter could be clogged, if your in cold climate your fuel line could be frozen.just check these things.
