need help on my mini bike

i have a problem with my VX1 RACER i just got it and i dont know were the screw is that lets me go full speed my bike can go 65 km per hour but it just goes 35 if u can help me pm me plzzz

What make is the engine? Smaller engines generally just have a wind vane type governor that is powered off the clutch. Look on the engine itself. It will be a small light peice of metal with a small spring. Just remove it. If you cant find the vane, it may be electronic. Take the engine to a small engine shop. They can probably remove the electronic one pretty easily.

I believe Daymak is different from AllWheels.... They're 2 different shops.
I usually go to AllWheels for pocket bike parts, it's close to me, sort of.
