Pocket bike help

How can i insure a rocket pocket bike. It has lights, signals horn etc

u cannot just because it has all the ligthing & horn it doesnt mean u can register it to be use on the road u need a ownership paper of the vehicle to get it registered

pocket bikes are illegal unless its ridden on private property
