Well, right now it's too cold for a bike. (WINTER)

But in the summer time, HELL YEAH! Get on your bike and ride like the wind. Just use a helmet. Get a really groovy helmet with cool stuff painted on it.

I am not going to tell you to not ride a bike because you are a "girl" or because you are "young". My mother got a motorcycle for her 12th birthday, and rode bikes up til she was in her mid 20's.

She had to start driving cars because she had children and found it difficult to transport two kids on a bike. But, if she would not have had kids, she'd still be driving a bike!

Cheers

Does he not like bikes because they are dangerous? Motorcyclists get in a lot of accidents because a lot of people can't see them (they are in most blind spots). I think parents are more practical though. Cars are much better because you can bring your friends along places, or put a lot of stuff you buy in them...etc..but I Must admit Harleys are too cool. :)

it sure would help on gas mileage, and the insurance is cheaper too. As long as you take a motorcycle safety course you should be fine, just make a list of the pros and show them to your dad.

Sure, make sure to sign up for "Organ Donations" otherwise it would be a terrible waste of good body parts.

I just\ bought one in November. At first I didnt think I would like it, but its Now december and I love it. I ride everyday. I have a 2007 Yamaha V Star 650 Classic. Very easy to learn on and very forgiving.
