At what engine speed (in rpms) do you shift on
your motorcycle? When going on a casual cruise - not when you're trying to gun it. Also, what kind of bike do you have?Me: '78 Honda CB750K, 1st to 2nd - around 5k rpms and then between 5 and 5.5k rpms for every gear after that.
it is better to use your ears to determine when you shift. when the bike starts to get the higher pitch, it is time to shift up and when you hear the lower pitch, you shift down. if you are not sure what it sounds like then watch some tv.
hmmm when ever suits... ill drive down the street in 1st just for fun.. doing
10,000 rpm lol and plus it sounds soooo good. i cant resist..
( my bikes a 04 cbr600RR) with a yosh cf pipe
