...Davidson make cars? Seems logical, doesn't it? Honda started out as a motorcycle company and made a very successful transition into the auto market. Even suzuki makes cars. You'd think a huge company like Harley could easily transition into the market. I think a Harley car with loud pipes would sell like hot cakes. I mean, who doesn't like Harleys?

cuz they dont specialize at that they strictly Motorcycles and they prolly aint ready the hit the Major leagues yet

I would never buy a HD car.The bikes are too expensive and I imagine the cars would be too.

Harley Davidson used to make Golf Carts and Snowmobiles. Neither were successful, and they quit. Can you imagine the slams that would result? It's bad enough the narrow minded wannabes put down the bikes they would give themselves headaches making up stuff about Harley cars.See what I mean? It's started already.

They're too busy making t-shirts, coffee mugs, beach towels, etc.

Harley considered the idea, but they were going to import about 50% of the parts from foreign countries, just like they do with their bikes. Turns out china was already sending Harley so many "quality" made parts already that they didn't have enough resources in the country for Harley to make cars with.

Since 1903 the Hog has been an American ICON !! Why would a co. like HD want to produce cars like the Jap Crap cos do ????????? I tend to disagree on the "hotcakes" theory. I've been on Indians and HDS for over40 yrs. Ruin the MYSTIQUE? NEVER !!! If it has to be explained you do not need to know !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel Harley's are like Puppies.They leave puddles where ever they go, And they like ridding in back of trucks.

just a matter of time maybe ,honda makes both, suzuki makes both bmw makes both and kawasaki makes bikes car engines and the new 3 wheeled t- rex car its awesome i think harley could profit like those others and id buy one
