Familiar with Honda Element LX 2004 AUX option?

Familiar with Honda Element LX 2004 AUX option?
A few Q's:
Do all Honda Element LX 2004's come with the AUX option in the dash (next to the lighter spot)? I can't tell from pictures..
Do some Elements come with that option some don't?
When did that option first begin?
Can it be used for anything other than an ipod?
If mine doesn't have that AUX plug-in, is there a way to install it?
