Honda Element?
 

I have a 2005 Honda Element the color of the car is Kiwi Metallic and the plastic is dark gray. how can i make the plastic darker

use that new turtle wax ice polish, or turtle wax F21 inside detailer, put some tire shine (black magic brand is the best) on a soft towel and rub it all over the unpainted plastic i heard the whole element is plastic body

For about $1000 you can replace them with the black panels that were available with some 2005 Element colors. Or for about $10 you can give them a "Forever Black" treatment.
