How do i make air blow from the vents again on my '03 honda crv?

i have checked all the fuses and they all seem fine. could it be a "relay," in the under hood fuse box? i read somewhere to check that, but not sure what that is. i dropped the glove box and tried looking for the resistor, but didn't see it. from all the research i've been doing, i feel like this may be the problem, but like i said, can't find it. no air blows at any speed or setting. i can hear the flaps moving to redirect air when i turn knob from max a/c to defrost to whatever, but no air ever comes out. please help. thank you, in advance.

If you look under the dash on the passenger side you will see the blower motor near the far right side. It has a conector with two wires coming out of it. Just to the left of it is the blower transistor you are looking for. It is screwed into the air duct behind the glovebox. The connector is faceing the rear of the car. The connector has 4 wires blue/blk, blue/red, blue/ yellow, black.
