I bought 2006 Honda CRV. Gas pump clicks and I can get in 4 gallons more.

Does this happen to anybody else?

Have your gas tank vent system checked for leaks or a bad check valve. The dealer can pressure test the system or sometimes your local emission test can check it for free.
