I just bought a 2007 Honda CRV, but it is brand new. I hate it can is...

...there anyway I can return it? Well my parents without asking me bought this pos and I wanted an escape I want to return it is this possible. We bought it yesterday.

i don't think you can return a car, it's not like going to walmart and returning a shirt cause you don't like it.

You can bring it back to the dealer and I'm sure they would love to 'trade" it in for you. Of course, it will cost you about $3000 to have driven it for only one day, but hey, if you have money coming out the wazoo, go ahead and buy yourself something pretty. I hope you have great credit because you're not getting anything without your parent's signature.

Gee, kids are spoiled nowadays. My first car was a 20 year old POS. But whatever.

There MAY be a 3 day law BUT unless the parents bring it in, they aren't dealing with you. You didn't sign anything, it's not your car. You don't have title.

By the way, the Honda is a much better car that has great trade in value, but if you must. By law, a new car owner can return a car within 3 days of purchase for no reason at all.

I am a CRV owner and I love it. Hondas in general are excellent, affordable vehicles.

Good luck!!

Yes the CRV is an ugly pos, but is an overall better vehicle than the Ford. The dealer probably has some sort of 3-day return policy like mentioned above. Maybe not. If they do, great. If they don't you're screwed. Wait 6 months or so and talk your parents into trading it.

You may not be able to return it without losing a bunch of money however in some states you may be able to return a car within a few days.

Are you under 18 years old? Did you buy it? or did your parents buy it? Contact your state consumer people!

I have owned 5 Hondas out of the 15 cars in my lifetime. Every Honda was a great car. You sound absurd. Almost anyone will tell you that the Honda will out live the Ford. Next time pick out your own car and hey -- try paying for it too.

Ungrateful brat

I hope you get your Ford and you get f*cked with all its problems

You should be kissing your parents feet for even buying you a car.

Get a job and get your own. You'll be crying to your parents when you can't afford the first payment.

Grow up
