Verne (the guy who painted the red/flamed civic) was telling us that they really had a full week to build the cars (not 4 days like they said), and the other team apparently had A LOT of help putting the car back together the day of the races.
They both got 4 passes, and took the best of the 4 to post as the best time.
Overall he said it was BS, and he was ON the show.

Ya, you can tell the show was a lot of BS... the team with the black civic was 12 hrs behind (that's what they said anyways), yet they came out all finished..
And they had to hack some wiring together to get spark to the motor... hahaha... ahh well... I wonder how much the cars will sell for on Ebay.. lmfao

man that showed sucked....and i watched twice cause it was on prime again (sunday night) at like 7 to make sure it sucked....like the guy was telling them they had 20 min left and the blue car was not even painted yet....it comes out to the track with paint and vinals out of no where
