My New Tips...

I don't know if many of you know, but i am building a whole new exhaust system fo my car. It is going o consist of Long Tube Headers, Off Road Y-pipe, Breslin bolts, custom routing with chambered mufflers and then some nice dual outlet tips coming out the center of the rear. The reason for this post is to show off the new tips that I just bought off of ebay. IMO, they are the nicest looking tips I have ever seen. Not only that, but i got the set for next to nothing. The person that I got into a bidding war with already emailed me all pissed off.

ive actually come to a point in my life where i dont think seeing the exhaust is nice at all, if they end before the rear axle i think it makes the rear section of the car look cleaner, jmho

Awsome tips. And I noticed you mentioned the Breslin bolts. Those things kick major ***! I bought a set when the company had just started. I actually called them before they were even ready to take payment of orders! I had them in my 87 Camaro headers, and never had to touch them once after installation. No leaks or anything. Yet, I hardly ever hear of anyone buying them. Guess the price scares some people off. Anyway, sounds like a nice setup.

Cool... I have been wanting to change my setup to quad tips, but Im afraid that its going to change the sound of the car alot..

I can't wait!! I think it is going to look really good. For now I will just build the exhaust and see if I like it without the rear CME valence. If I don't, I'll just have to find someone that wants to sell me just the valence. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
