Finally found the wheels I want Question now is 18x9s or 19x9.5s leaning towards 18s since the tires are cheaper

I just bought them! Speedy Envys and some tires to go along with bye bye 1500 dollars Getting chrome 18x9s 5x120mm 38mm offset which will be okay I guess gonna get some hubcentric rings and check them so they don't fall off on me haha and 275/40/18 sumimoto HTRZ II tires.
