So close I can almost taste it
I went and picked up my hood today from my Bro in law's place so I could take it to the painters,.....and when I seen that it was all smooth and white, it made me want to throw it on right then and there. 
Why couldn't they have used grey or yellow primer instead of white? :banghead: Oh well, I've been patient for 8 months, another few days won't kill me. The edges still need to be sanded, and it need's to be sprayed with a sealer, but that's it.
The last few pictures might not make sence, but they're the very reason I didn't just paint it and throw it on. These aftermarkets hoods NEVER come with enought curve in them, and that's why you get high corners and/or low fender lines. Check out all the curve it has now baby!

A lyric from natasha bedingfield was the last thing I expected for a thread like this 
Looks good... They used white primer because you want to use light primers with light colors... If you were painting it black, then they would have used grey.

But I'll definitely feel like it's so much more suited for me once it's on. And thank you guys for helping me stay so busy through all these months of waiting, and also putting up with me when I'd get all frustrated about it. If I say it will be done and on my car by this weekend, I'll probably have the same thing happen that's been happening,.......so I'm just going to say that next week is going to be a VERY GOOD WEEK FOR ME!

you'll never be done, there will always be that one other thing that you must have...oh btw, are you goig with your flame design or you pushing that away...i love it the way it is IMO, i think the flames would throw it off a bit, but i would have to see it in person...

Nope, this is just about the hood and how freaking long it took to get this close, and how impatient I am.......that's all.
