I believe that hes not talking about the car, but about the lights.. And it will go both ways about neons.. Some like them and some think they are rice.. I for one had a underbody kit on my car and just took it off a few days ago.. If its done tastefully and the bulbs arnt showing..

Sorry about not specifying that I was talking about the glowing kind-o neons. Just was wondering cuz I had them on my last Camaro and sold the whole car lights included not more than two weeks after installation.

im abotu 50 50 on them... I kinda like them, and sometimes I hate them. I personally like interior neons, I dunno why, I just like light at my feet I guess lol.

I think they are ok, I've seen them on quite a few muscle cars in my area. So I really dont think the are totally ricy. Depends on what kinda car they are on.
