3rd & 4th gen Rear Seat Delete

I found this rear seat delete thats sells for 75 bucks..They can be custom made for storage ,amps,or speakers.I going to buy this and take my back seats out again and probably going to either put some speakers in there or put two amps on it.. http://www.speedspecialty.com/store/...duct=rrseatcvr

Hmm. It would be pretty sweet to have some big speaks in each box. How much weight do you loose with the rear seat delete agian?

I'm not sure I'd ever take out my rear seats though. Unless it was strictly a drag car, obviously.

Wouldn't something like that totally defeat the purpose of the rear seat delete??

i know, those boxes are the same size as the seats and with some heavy subs in them or something they are heavier than the seats were but i guess if u wanted to put subs somewhere that would give u space for them

We are making a set for Mayhem, until I get my seats reupholstered. I'm using them for storage basically.

I have alot of people who tell me that its more comfortable back there without the seats (just give them a pillow and theyre set)

I lost 48lbs with my rear seats gone. there is no room in the back... so screw it. I also took at my belts and all. cage goes in this winter. wooot!

cage doesnt weigh as much as ya think. HOWEVER do not cage it until you have to. its not worth the weight unless you need it. a cage serves a purpose and if you race your car at all dont add the weight just for looks.
