So I was working at GLD tonight and I was in control of the water box, basically directing people.... Well tonight was bike night, all was going well the track was nice and sticky ( I should know I helped prepped it) and no problems.

Well there was this one guy on a bike that went the the box with out doing a burnout... I told him to do a burn out to get the water off his tire, well he said no Im fine I want it like that. So I said if you crash were not responsible and I let him go...
I had the other racers stopped cause i knew what was going to happen.
He launched hard which was ok but when he got to the 60ft and thats where he got really sqeerly and lost totally and the bike went about another 75ft skidding. So I had to run carrying this heavyass fire extingusher just to make sure he doest get set ablaze or his bike.
We get to him and hes fine walking around (thought he broke his leg cause the bike fell on him), then i go over to the bike and theres fricken oil everywhere in which i knew this was going to be a ***** to clean up... Well it took 15mins to a half hour. Got that cleaned and the rest of the night was excellent. Had a few Prostreet bikes there that ran low 7's to high 8's.

There was this Civic hatch gutted with a tire and turbo that was runnings 10's all night long.. damn thing was horribly loud. 2 Old Goats running 12's, old *** toyota corolla running 11's and a chevelle with huge slicks only hits 12's **** was all over the track , I bitched at his buudy for holding his car down in which you can't do, stupied asshat.

no we didnt use that much ash, just had to use elbow grease, i heard 2 weeks ago a guy with a bike leaked oil down the whole 1/4 mile... now that took awhile to clean up.

Oh hell yeah its fun, where else do you get to smell racing fuel and tire smoke and getting your ears drums blown out by the sound of the exhaust for 8 hrs? LOL.... I don't think Chads tires or car can hold up for that long.


On top of that I get free food, soda and free racing when ever I want. Opps sorry sounds like Im bragging now lol.
