Power Windows

I just bought a newish 97 red camaro only 77,000 miles few leaks but one big problem... no power windows. i can get the switches and motors for about $100 but no wireing or anything so anyone know how to do it or any tutorials so i can do it.

Yes you can add power window's. I've done it in the past using a universal kit but I'm sure if you bought all the parts you could do it using the stock parts.

universal kit from spaal is the cheapest and easiest method (they run about $150 or so)

thanks, i do plan on spending like 50 on actual 97 camaro switches so it doesn't look to weird.

I live in wisconsin so more weight hopefully i wont slide around in the snow to much.

i would and plan to but i'm only 18 and work at a ******* subway so i don't make enough money to go out and do it in the next year.

hey yo guys whats happnin. i just recently came into an older style of camaro. but i love it. 1994 camaro. ive dropped some money in it. and just wen i thot i was done. pw went out on driver side. paid to get it fixed and burnt a hole in my pocket. then my passenger side went out. i bought the motor and god dangit i see why it was so expensive. HOW DO I GET TO THE MOTOR..i ve taken the panel off and moved the plastic seal over. but still the metal bolted in do have to take that whole thing off. i hope not.

You have to drill the rivets out. Or as far as I know you do, I did.
