first and formost "hi" ..spintech, well are these muffles any good? how do they compare to a magnaflow ,or flowmaster?

Generally, spintech is just a knockoff brand. I havnt ever heard one in person, so I couldnt tell you from a first person oppinion, but I havnt heard anything good about it. I typically stick with tried and true parts personally. Especially when your going for the sound of your car.

spintech makes excellent mufflers, and many people have them on f-body. they actually are a muffler option for the 4" Mufflex Race system many people are running on big motor/Forced Induction cars that need more than a 3" cat back. they also have normal muffler in all shapes and sizes.
