So yeah it has definatly been exactly three months and two days but finally i have an update worth posting about. My father and i finally were both home and healthy this sunday so we got the motor back into the malibu. I know i know this has taken way to long but my dad and i combined only know a little about all of this so it was a big accomplishment to us. now the next things in this order are:

Headers and Full exhaust system

Wheels and Tires

Paint

Interior and a whole slu of stuff

dats pimpin man. haha you shoulda got headers in der while the motor was out but it doesn't look lk your clearance issues are too bad ha. good luck with the rest of the project meng and enjoy it

clearence is a breeze but yeah headers will be ordered this coming week got a few things to figure out first

thanks for the great responses guys it helps me keep motivated to try to get this thing done in like the next month. mostly because i have alot more time now to work on it so thanks everyone

yay i get to go to our motor parts supplier tomorrow morning to pic up the following:

new starter
new power steering pump
new radiator hoses
tachometer
belts
and a couple other little things we still need to get it started
